I realized loud and clear something very special and that is that I WORK FOR YOU! I have the opportunity to do what I love in life and that is a blessing! But I was neglecting to realize who it is that I actually work for that makes it all possible… You know who it is?? I will give you a hint… It’s not Dana White…. It’s EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!

I want to do a little extra work for you guys this week and something I have been neglecting to do was give interviews to EVERYONE who asks. You’ve got questions and I’ve got hopefully a couple answers. So here is your chance to set up and interview this week and lets get rollin!

It was weigh in day in Nebraska – Valentines day 2012 – Here is what is looked like from our perspective

Just landed in Nebraska for UFC on Fuel 1. This is day 1 of our experience.

Canada loves MMA and MMA loves Canada. I had a lot of fun at the MMA expo up there. Met some great people, got to do some good training and still found time to cut a rug back home.

It’s a craze sweeping the nation It was only a matter of time before it was customary before every workout.

I threw this together to try and sum up a couple trips I’ve recently taken to New York and Titusville, FL. — I would love it if Silent movies came back into style, so I tried to explain my trip that way.
